Refund Policy

The terms and conditions stated herein (collectively, the “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you (referred to sometimes as “user” or “you”) and Shaco LLC, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “we”, “Shaco”, or the “Company”). In order to use the Service (defined below) and the associated Application (defined below) you must agree to the Terms and Conditions that are set out below (also known as “Terms of Use”). By using or receiving any services supplied to you by the Company (collectively, the “Service”), and/or accessing, downloading, installing or using any associated application or website provided by the Company (including without limitation, the website located at and its related webpages) (collectively, the “Application” or the “Site”), you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreement, and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement as published from time to time at the website or through the Service.


For payments made for Consultations: Refunds are always solely in the discretion of the Company based on an assessment of the total situation of the customer. Any fees that the Company may charge you for a consultation are due immediately and must be assumed by customer to be non-refundable. This no refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate your usage, our decision to terminate your usage, or any reason whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to determine final prevailing pricing.

If you paid for a physical product instead of a consultation and the product is not satisfactory, we’re here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your physical item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
